We’re hiring: Fund Operations / Finance Manager (AIF)

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of work experience
• Prior experience with a Category I / Category II AIF
• Hands-on ownership of end-to-end fund operations

Role overview:
• Manage fund accounting, compliances, audits, valuations and reporting
• Own banking operations, distributions, waterfalls, NAV & IRR workings
• Work closely with fund administrators, auditors, tax, valuers legal and regulatory partners
• Ensure adherence to PPM, SEBI and tax requirements
• Support investor reporting and operational queries

Who you are:
• CA or equivalent experience in fund operations
• Strong execution mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working independently
• Able to handle complexity and build processes end-to-end
