We’re Hiring | Analyst / Associate – Secondaries & Special Situations (India)

We are building an alternative investment platform focused on complex secondary transactions, structured liquidity solutions, and special situations where governance, downside protection, and execution discipline are central to the investment thesis. The platform operates across venture, growth, private equity, and public markets, with a clear emphasis on transactions that have defined paths to liquidity.

We are expanding the founding investment team and are looking for an Analyst / Associate – Secondaries & Special Situations to work across some of the most nuanced and execution-intensive situations in Indian private markets.

Scope of Work:

• Founder, early-investor, and ESOP secondary transactions
• LP-led and GP-led liquidity solutions, including continuation structures
• Management buyouts, buyouts, and sector consolidations
• Operational and financial turn arounds outside formal insolvency processes Structured and hybrid capital solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex cap tables and identify liquidity stress points and exit bottlenecks
• Source, evaluate, and structure secondary and special situation transactions
• Build detailed financial models, including secondary waterfalls, structured exits, and MBO capital structures
• Conduct commercial, financial, and governance diligence on non-standard situations
• Support transaction execution and post-investment monitoring

Candidate Profile:

• 2–3+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or transaction advisory
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Working knowledge of Indian shareholding structures, preference rights, and exit mechanics
• High ownership mindset, sound judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments

This is not a traditional venture investing role.

It is a hands-on opportunity to help build a long-term institutional investment platform focused on execution, liquidity, and outcomes.
